Where we ship from

Orders to the United States and Canada are shipped from our fulfillment center in Naples, Florida, USA. Orders to Germany and all other countries are shipped from our fulfillment center in Lindau, Germany.

Order processing

Orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within 1 business day. As soon as your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email.

  • 2 kg and over: $19.99

Delivery times

Transit times are estimates provided by our carriers and begin once your parcel leaves our warehouse. They are not guaranteed and may be longer during peak seasons or because of customs processing.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Duties and import taxes are not collected at checkout. For shipments that cross a customs border, any duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Orders to Germany are shipped from within the European Union and are not subject to customs duties.

Incorrect addresses and undeliverable parcels

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; the cost of the second shipment will be charged again.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated transit time, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
